» loan5404 - debtor did not file

I file for bankruptcy chapter 13 on april 2004
sent the papers to the debtor on June 04 debtor did not file to receive payment. They continued to take money out of my check. Is it true that I still have to pay them although they did not file.
I paid off the Chapter 13 payment for the secured and this debt was a unsecured. I was told that if they did not file a claim they were not due payment. please let me know still fighting with company. My chapter 13 was dismissed by me. Do I still owe this debt.
